Soirée is bringing completely new approach to wine culture in Dubai. We are focusing on biodynamic, funky, natural, and ecological friendly wines. Offering more than 50 options to order by glass, we set the goal to broaden our guests' horizon of knowledge about the wines. The wine culture is often represented in a very pompous and severe way, but Soirée wants to be risky, funky and easygoing, because afterwards each glass of wine we have must be just one more sip of pleasure and joy.

For those, who are not in the mood of drinking wine today, we have an avant-garde, yet onefold cocktail menu created beyond the worldwide bar trends by our head-bartender Dmitriy Olenin. All the cocktails reflect our love for grapes — our mixes are based either on wines or on wine-based spirits. These elegant and refined drinks will bring extravagant and deep flavor, which perfectly pairs with Soirée gastronomy experience.

Imagine entering a fancy, yet cozy apartment in Manhattan, where all your friends have gathered around the chimney to have a glass of wine listening to playful and funky music. That’s exactly how Soirée looks and feels like. The interior was designed by the world known Ukrainian bureau YOD Design to create a cozy yet stylish atmosphere.

Each week Soirée holds various events, offering activities for socialites who are looking for new drinking experience and cushy networking in our parlor. Our signature Ladies Nights on Tuesdays are full of joy and mystery, with a professional tarot reader and free flow drinks all night long. With Wine & Cheese Wednesdays, Soirée promotes the art of wine tasting and pairing. On Thursdays, Jazz Nights take place, where the most talented voices of the city get to perform in their own unique way. And every weekend turns out to be a blast, with live DJs performances and party vibe. Let’s get funky and relaxed drinking good wine, listening to nice tunes and having adorable chats.

With 12 years of combined experience in Dubai, Kyiv and Moscow F&B and over 20 concepts launched for major players of the market in the last years, OY founders (O) Oleksii Kolomiiets and (Y) Yuriy Blotskyy joined forces to introduce a new culture code to the city by pairing top-notch brand strategy with their experience of F&B operations.
